Shipping and Returns

~FAQ~

*Please allow 3-5 days for shipping (we are closed on weekends and holidays)

*Restocking fee is $5 for each item

Our Number one mission is to have happy customer, we understand life happens and sometimes things don't fit...Please read below for our policy:

SALES &RETURNS:

*International orders are FINAL sale. 

 * Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued, only store credit, even if  the item{item's) have not shipped -- . 

* Custom orders or preorders that are custom sizing are final sale, these can take up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive please take note of that when ordering. -- they cannot be canceled

* Buyer is responsible to make sure sizing is correct before ordering - once ordered we may not be able to switch sizing.

*Clothing can be return within 5 days of receiving (Example:if received the 18th needs to be in the mail 23rd)

* Item will only be accepted with tags on, non washed nor worn, if received & has been washed or worn it will not be accepted & returned at buyers cost.

*Returned item are store credit  less $8  initial shipping/restock fee (each item)($10 big items or priority packages) Once Received please allow 3-5 business days for Store Credit to be sent out via email. 

* Items will not be accepted after the 5 days.(( in the case that an items is accepted ((on occasion)) it is less an extra 10% of price + restock/shipping fee)

*Show & Sale items (Vintage deals) are final sale. — ((items at shows are sold as it))

*We have the right here to refuse service.

Defective Items:

if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us thevintageemmie@gmail.com within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Shipping:

*Where is my package?
If your tracking says your package has been delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found please contact your local post office.
Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents.
If your tracking is not updating for some reason, please contact your local post office. They can check on the status for you.
Be sure to check your order information to make sure you entered the correct shipping information.

*Who do you ship through?
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail provided.
You can track your package at www.usps.com

Terms

*The Vintage Emmie has the right to refuse service.

*The Vintage Emmie sells items in photos seperately, no items are sold as a group

*The Vintage Emmie has the right to refuse orders.

*The Vintage Emmie respects privacy, no information will be given to a third party.
