Shipping and Returns

Our Number one mission is to have happy customer, we understand life happens and sometimes things don't fit...Please read below for our policies.

 

Shipping Policy:

Order processing is 3-5 business days.

We ship M-W-F. Hours are 9-4 CST

We offer free shipping on all US orders of $150

-Once an item leaves us we are not responsible for that item.

-We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

(We highly suggest paying for that service)

-Please make sure all addresses are correct when placing an order.

If a package is returned to us. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back out.

(Our system does not allow us to change a shipping label once it has been purchased)

If new shipping invoice isn’t paid within 15 days, we will put the items back in stock and issue a store credit.

-The Vintage Emmie LLC is not responsible for lost items.

 * Important* Once an item is "purchased" no refund will be issued, only store credit, even if  the item{item's) have not shipped -- . 

Route Shipping Protection:

-Offered for all US orders only

-At checkout make sure to purchase this protection. (If shipping insurance is not purchased The Vintage Emmie LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages)

 

Return Policy:

-Items will need to be returned within 14 days.

(Example: if received on the 5th needs to be in the mail by the 19th)

* Item will only be accepted with tags on, non-washed or worn. If received & has been washed or worn it will not be accepted & returned at buyer’s cost.

-We list recommend sizes under each item description. Please make sure to read those before purchasing an item. (Please note these are just a recommendation).

*Returned items are store credit only. The only exception is for damaged items. Those will be considered refundable if unable to exchange.  

* Items will not be accepted after the 14 days. 

* Buyer is responsible to make sure sizing is correct before ordering - once ordered we may not be able to switch sizing due to a such a high volume of orders.  Due to screen monitors and resolutions some items may appear different than in person.  On printed items the prints may vary from item to item.

 

*No Exchanges:

Most inventory goes fast, and items may not be in stock for exchanges. If you are wanting a different size, please purchase as it will not be held. We also will not refund an initial purchase. It will be treated as a return and given store credit for that order

*BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING. WE ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING FOR INSURANCE.

 

*RESTOCKING FEES:

*Shipping fees will not be added to the store credit on returned items. 

*If you used a discount code on your initial order that will not be added to the store credit for returns.

 

Store Credit:

How do I use my store credit?

This will be issued in the form of a virtual gift card. This will come via email. And can be used on the website as such. 

When do I get my store credit issued?

The Vintage Emmie LLC issues store credit via virtual gift card every Friday. If we are closed on that Friday then we will issue it the next business day. 

 

 

 

Final Sale Items:

*The Vintage Deals Collections is a last chance reduced price collection. These items are FINAL SALE. 

*All Holiday items are FINAL SALE. 

*ALL FOOTWEAR ARE A FINAL SALE ITEM.

*All purchases (full or partial that was used from a gift card on a previous return are a FINAL SALE) 

*Other FINAL SALE items include: seasonal, basic tanks, bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear, shoes, purses, purse straps, backpacks, bags, jewelry, belts, tumblers, hats, any/all accessories, custom orders etc. 

*DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND PACKAGE DISCREPANCIES: 

Sometimes life happens and we make mistakes and send the wrong or damaged items.  These must be claimed within 2 business days of receiving the package.  Or this is considered wear and tear. If we have the same item in stock we will replace the wrong/defective item.  This must be sent back within 5 days ( a return label will be sent for this).  If not sent back within 5 days we will issue a store credit.

Shipping Questions:

*Where is my package?
If your tracking says your package has been delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found please contact your local post office.
Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents.
If your tracking is not updating for some reason, please contact your local post office. They can check on the status for you.
Be sure to check your order information to make sure you entered the correct shipping information.

* Once the item is dropped at USPS  or UPS we are no longer responsible for it. We also cannot update you any further than what your tracking shows. 

*Who do you ship through?
We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service or UPS.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail provided.
You can track your package at www.usps.com or www.ups.com

*The customer is responsible for all extra duties and fees that are needed for international orders. (This will not always happen but when necessary, the customer will pay this fee)
